Online refunds are returned to the card used on the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned and unworn in their original condition with tags attached.
Damage or Defective Products:
If you recevied a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If an item has been worn, used, washed, altered or show any signs, of use will be deemed ineligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
If you received an incorrect item(s) or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service, email or phone within 3 business days of receving your order, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled or changed unless you call the customer service. If the order has already been shipped, we will need to place a separate order.
