All Returns must be recevied within 14 days of the order.
Online refunds are returned to the card used on the purchase.
To be eligible for a refund, items must be returned and unworn in their original condition with tags attached.
Damage or Defective Products:
If you recevied a defective item, contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order. If an item has been worn, used, washed, altered or show any signs, of use will be deemed ineligible for a refund and may be returned to the customer.
Missing or Incorrect Items:
If you received an incorrect item(s) or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service, email or phone within 3 business days of receving your order, so we can quickly resolve the issue.
